Production Assistant Needed in DC for Live TV Broadcast
By Frey | May 6, 2007
Starting out as a Production Assistant is the perfect way for young film oriented people to get a foot in the door and become crew on any film or video shoot. The life of a PA is often hard and wrought with boredom, but you get to meet a lot of interesting folks, eat all the donuts you can fit in your mouth, and, most importantly, you get to learn about the life of a film set. Everyone starts out as a PA, it’s part of film life, and a very important step in the crew process…
Capital Concerts needs a Production Assistant in DC for a 2 week production starting May 16th, 2007.
“We are a live television production company presently seeking hardworking, highly motivated individuals to assist in the production of a Memorial Day live television broadcast. The job will last roughly two weeks and will be located in Washington DC. Days are often long and hard and pay is not great but it is a fun and exciting environment and an invaluable experience for anyone interested in pursuing employment in the film and television industry. Interested candidates should have their own transportation and be familiar with the Washington DC area.”
