Call for Entries for 3rd Annual Hearts & Minds Film Festival

With everything film related always seemingly happening in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and DC, Delaware gets a much needed mention:
The 3rd Annual Hearts & Minds Film Festival is now taking a Call for Entries for 2008! Submit your film for exhibition Friday April 4th through Sunday April 6th, 2008 at the Schwartz Center for the Arts and Dover State University in Dover, Delaware (the festival is free and open to the public).
