JVC BR-50 Editor (Or Deck) To Digitize 29 Tapes
By Frey | July 6, 2007
Russell Nohelty in Silver Spring, MD is looking for a JVC BR-50 Deck:
“We are in need of a BR-50 deck to digitize 29 tapes. There are only 14 full tapes and 14 with some amount on them under 30 minutes. A couple of the tapes may only have three minutes on them. I would prefer to be able to rent the deck and log/encode with my editor. However, I know how picky I am with my equipment, so if you have the equipment, let’s talk. We just finished production on a feature film. We shot on the JVC HD100u camcorder. We need to digitize to 720p/24f. There are only two decks that support this format. It is impossible to find one for rent. Please, if you are available or have the deck available, I appreciate it. There will be compensation at the rental rate of the equipment. I would love it if we could work out a <3 day week for the gear. We can work it out. Sincerely, Russell Nohelty”
