Film and Marketing Internship Opening At Infoculture In Baltimore/Woodberry
By Frey | December 2, 2007
Infoculture, in Baltimore/Woodberry, has a Film and Marketing Internship Opening through March 15, 2008, starting immediately.
Infoculture, a small, socially conscious film production company, is launching a marketing campaign for its movie, Euphoria. If you think a film can affect an audience for the better, then this project will appeal to you: we have created a film that works for social benefit one audience-member at a time, and now we need people to experience it!
Because the tools for advertising a film are changing rapidly, our marketing campaign is an innovative, grass-roots approach that integrates many elements. Infoculture is looking for an intern who not only brings technical skills to the table, but who is willing to learn and experiment with us as we explore an inventive, pioneering marketing strategy.
You must:
• Be responsible, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines
• Be web-savvy, email-savvy, knowledge of HTML a plus
• Have knowledge of new marketing resources: Myspace, Facebook, etc.
• Have exceptional communication skills
• Be able to work 1 or 2 days per week
What’s in it for you:
• Working within small company means you will get to have hands-on experience that spans many disciplines
• Work in a friendly, creative environment with a small team of professionals
• Our office is located in oh-so-hip Clipper Mill Studios, just steps from the Woodberry Lightrail stop
• Position is unpaid, and available immediately; exchange for college credit is available
• This is a fabulous resume-builder, and a great opportunity to work within a company that is passionate about improving society
