Actors Needed: Casting Call for Baltimore Short Film “The Deeds of Dying Men”

By Frey | February 19, 2008

Director Stuart Randle of MICA has put out a casting call for actors for the short film “The Deeds of Dying Men” to be shot in Baltimore, starting February 29, 2008 for 8 weeks.

A young man, living the life of Meursault from Camus’ The Stranger, encounters a modern-day version Don Quixote. Quixote, a mad vigilante battling hallucinations and persons he finds to be blasphemous, decides to impose his teachings upon the seemingly soulless young man. The result leaves Quixote in the same mad stupor in which he began and sends the young man down a path toward his own darker fantasies.
