Filmfest DC: The Washington DC International Film Festival
By Frey | April 17, 2008
You should enjoy the fact that the FilmFest DC, The Washington DC International Film Festival has a special focus on both Politics & Film and New Latin American Cinema this year.
Obviously, politics is especially prominent during this election season and we wanted to explore the role affairs of state play in people’s every day lives. Latin American filmmakers are always a treasure trove of inventive storytelling. The diverse selection of new work we have gathered from the Spanish-speaking world (including Spain) are moving, humorous and insightful.
