Meet the CEO and learn about Red Carpet Worthy, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting individuals pursuing a career in the creative arts, and providing business support services to the entertainment industry. RCW is a bridge program, developed specifically to create a stronger economy within our industry, and to create new opportunity. RCW offers necessities that are required for a life of stability, health, and well-being. Their goal is to help individuals until they become union ready and self-supporting. They offer a healthcare program, assistance with finances, tuition, housing and relocation, resume services, portfolio development, professional grooming and guidance, agency introduction, and SO MUCH MORE!
SCREENINGS:
“The Corners Of Our Rooms” is the pilot episode of a web based noir series. Spanning across one dark Los Angeles night, the lives of a teen TV star, a psychiatric patient, and a confused cross-dresser, among others, intertwine defining a horrifying look at the “other side” of L.A. Director: Dan Mercadante. Writer/Producer: Brian Bass. 20 min. HD.
“Lassie’s Mother” is a short narrative that was a finalist at the Third Screen Film Festival in Hollywood, CA last month. Writer/Director: Matthew Hahn. 3 min.
“Hostage” is a disturbing short in the style of The Joker in ‘The Dark Night’. Watch what happens when an enthusiastic fan runs into his hero. Starring Josh Davidson & Leigh Sturgeon.
